Product Care Instruction:
- Never hand-wash or machine-wash a silk Saree.
- In case the saree gets stained, immediately wipe the stain off with cold water.
- It is advisable to only dry-clean silk sarees.
- Never hang a silk saree to dry in direct sunlight as doing so will cause the colour to fade.
- Don’t keep the saree bundled up as this will result in the threads of the embroidery work getting entangled.
- Store the saree in a light cotton muslin cloth. This will give the saree breathing space and will prevent one saree from sticking to another when kept in a pile.

- If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at inquirymomsgirl@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.
- We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
- Parcel Opening Video is Compulsory to accept any return request.
- You have to Email us using your Registered email id with Order ID Mention on Email Subject and Parcel Opening Video within 2 days from Delivered, Once We accept your Return Request on a email then you have to ship back the Products to us in an Original Condition with MRP Tag.
- For Exchange Request, you have to Follow Same Request as point no.4 and Email us tracking information, once we received the parcels and check the condition of products (With MRP Tag), we will have initiated exchange request same day.
- We Do Not Offer Any Type of Reverse Pickup Service from Our Side In Both Case You Have To Courier Parcel At Our Warehouse Address. Courier Charges Needs to Be Paid by Customers.
