- Shipping inside India is free of cost for Prepaid and COD Orders, we use reputed couriers Partner like Shiprocket to ship the products that are completely insured and reliable.

- Once the domestic order is placed, we have Offer Same day or Next Day Dispatch.

- If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, we would have all the products shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order is ready. However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us with your order tracking number, we shall do the needful.

- Generally, for Cash On Delivery orders, the couriers call you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location. Return/Exchange Policy:

• If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at inquirymomsgirl@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.
• We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
• Parcel Opening Video is Compulsory to accept any return request.
• You have to Email us using your Registered email id with Order ID Mention on Email Subject and Parcel Opening Video within 2 days from Delivered, Once We accept your Return Request on a email then you have to ship back the Products to us in an Original Condition with MRP Tag.
• For Exchange Request, you have to Follow Same Request as point no.4 and Email us tracking information, once we received the parcels and check the condition of products (With MRP Tag), we will have initiated exchange request same day.
• We Do Not Offer Any Type of Reverse Pickup Service from Our Side In Both Case You Have To Courier Parcel At Our Warehouse Address. Courier Charges Needs to Be Paid by Customers.

Cancellation Policy:

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel.

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
